Cartridges and styluses are prizes and cannot be returned or refunded for damaged cartridges and styluses.
Dust cover policy
Although unlikely due to meticulous packaging procedures, the turntable's dust cover can be damaged during shipping. Dust covers should therefore be treated as freebies.
Voltage
Check the power requirements and power specifications for this device. If you need to use this item in 220-240V environment, a transformer is required.

The record needle is with ORTOFON CONCORDE.
