Step 1
Put the plastic gasket on the top center, put 2 small round gaskets on the bottom of the base and insert the base screw through the bottom to the top.
Step 2
Hold the base screw and crew the tube tightly.
Step 3
All the couplers are already insert into the top of the tube. You can take out one or two according the umbrella pole size.
Step 4
Put the umbrella pole into the tube port, tighter the set screw to keep it.

RETURN POLICY
