Technics SL -1200 MK2 Quartz Turntable (Partially Tested) w/ Odyssey Case/ AS IS

Description

This is the second and last Technics turntable that I have and is the SL-1200MK2  Quartz Direct Drive turntable system.  This unit as with the first unit will be enclosed and sent with a Odyssey hard case.  Partially tested but could not play a record because the needle is missing and a good E-Bay person told me that the cartridge on the first unit was not the original so this one appears to be the same situation.
I RECEIVED A VERY GOOD POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THE FIRST UNIT AND THE BUYER WAS HAPPY AND SAID THE UNIT EXCEEDED HIS EXPECTATIONS.  APPRECIATE THE BUYERS FEEDBACK AND SURE IT WILL MAKE HIM A NICE TURNTABLE.  THIS UNIT APPEARS TO BE THE SAME CONDITION ETC.  BUT BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETELY TEST THE UNIT IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS, WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IN ANY WAY.
GOOD NEWS:
(1)  Pitch Adjust;  Slides easily and the light works.
(2)  Platter Pop Up light works.
(3)  33 & 45 Speeds and control work properly and the lights work.
(4)  Main power light works and turns the unit on and off.
(5)  Platter turntable spins and works properly.
(6)  Weight Adjust at the end of the tone arm works and moves easily.
(7)  Anti Skating control turns easily.
(8)  Bottom Feet / leveling springs seem good.
NOT SO GOOD NEWS:
(1)  Cartridge:
(2)  No Dust Cover
(3)  Couldn't actually play a record.
Odyssey Hard Case:  Looks a little tough but function is all good, no cracks, bends etc.  All latches work and the internal foam protection is in good condition.  Metal corners etc. look a little rough and have some rust.  Case holds the turntable tightly and measures approximately 21 1/2" long X 19" wide X  7 1/2" high.
