Our all-discrete design preserves the authenticity of your sound while providing high headroom for a wide range of signals. Warranty Information
Every item we sell is backed by the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you have any problems, we will replace your item immediately if a product arrives and it is not functioning.
USA Customers:
Because we are authorized dealers, your best option is to contact the manufacturer directly. At any rate, just contact us if you have problems, and we can advise what you should do.
International Customers:
Please note that our equipment carries a USA warranty, so all international warranty issues must be handled by Phantom48. All items must be returned to Phantom48 for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses.
