Freshly pumped breastmilk stored In a deep freezer. Baby was born in January of 2021 and milk is from May 2021 to present. I take daily prenatal vitamins. I am vegetarian (still consumed dairy) but I still eat very clean (no meat or seafood at all). I do not smoke, drink or take drugs. I freeze the milk immediately after pumping
