    Description

    1950s Chinese enamel with Pink's, Blues, yellows, greens, and some orange, Oval Box With Heavy Butterfly Motif. The Box measures approximately 5 in Long forget a quarter inches wide and two and a quarter inches tall approximately. Overall condition of the boxes extremely good. The lid fits on great although there is a small ding on the inside, see pictures. I did some light polishing along the inside lid ridge so I could check for any inclusions. There's also a slight inclusion where the the lid sets on the box, feels like it was bumped at one points and it goes in just a little, I can feel it with my finger, I've also taken pictures of that. I don't see any other flaws. I found another box similar to this one and the background was completely silver in color, perhaps with a good polishing, this one has a silver background as well.
